Grilled Veggies

We did this last night and served it with our rosemary shrimp, but it is actually tasty no matter what you serve it with. We had these very large zucchini from my garden, but you can really use whatever type of veggie you want!

1 large zucchini, sliced in half moon pieces about a 1/2 inch thick
1 small container of whole mushrooms
2 tbsp garlic
1 tsp paprika
Lite salt and pepper
tomato bacon dressing

Heat up the grill. Mix the zucchini and the mushrooms with the garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Put the veggies in a grill basket and place on the grill. When they are almost cooked through, take the tomato bacon dressing and brush onto the veggies.

This was excellent. Dave made up the recipe and we both loved it!
