Quick Bolognese Sauce

I made this last night just to clear out veggies in the fridge.

1 lb of ground beef, or pork
2 cans of no salt added fire roasted diced tomatoes
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pk mushrooms chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small can of unsalted tomato paste
1 can of no salt added tomato sauce
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 tbsp garlic

Brown the meat in about 1 tbsp olive oil. Add onions and garlic. Saute till translucent. Add rest of veggies and spices. Add the cans of diced tomatoes, the tomato sauce and the tomato paste. Cook until the veggies are soft. Serve over pasta or ravioli.
