This was a recipe I asked Kokomo Carribbean restaurant for. Dave just absolutely loved it. Since it was of course a recipe that is supposed to feed a LOT of people, we experimented and came up with a pretty good scaled back recipe.
3 cans of coconut milk
4 tsp of yellow or red curry paste
2 tsp of hoisin sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of garlic
Mix together. Add grilled chicken, broccoli, sweet red pepper, green beans and serve over linguini.
