Sage Walnut Pesto Pasta

Well, I am frantically trying to use up my fresh spices, so we came up with this pesto last night which turned out rather yummy. Dave is enhaling leftovers as I type :o).

3 cups of fresh sage (or as much as you need to make a lot or a little sauce)
4 garlic cloves
1 cup walnuts
1 cup parmesan cheese
olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. I added a bit of lemon juice to keep the sage from turning black/brown. Add enough olive oil to make this saucy enough to coat pasta. It was fantastic.
