Mexican Burritos

Dave made this dish tonight and it was yummmmmmmy!!!!

2 lbs ground beef
1 can of black beans (no salt added)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp mole
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 pickled jalapenos
2 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
1/2 packet of fajita seasoning (low sodium)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion chopped
1/2 can (large can) of roasted tomatoes (no salt added)
olive oil

Brown the ground beef. Once browned, add the remaining ingredients and let simmer until most if not all of the juice has been cooked out. Take a large wrap and fill with the ground beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese and roll up like a burrito. I gotta say this was sooooo tasty!!
