Coconut Curry Pasta

We have this restaurant in the Mall of America called Kokomo's. They have this curry pasta that we both fell in love with. We asked for the recipe, but all they would give us was the we made up our own measurements. It actually came out rather tasty.

2 cans coconut milk
7 heaping tsp red or yellow curry paste
4 heaping tsp hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Chili and lime chicken breast, grilled and cut into strips
Broccoli florets
1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, cut into strips

Mix together the coconut milk, curry paste, hoisin sauce, garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil, and then down to a simmer for 15 minutes. Grill the chicken and the vegetables. Add to the sauce. Cook the linguine and add to the sauce.
