Honey-Orange Game Hens

¾ cup orange juice
¾ cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cider vinegar
3 game hens, cut in half lengthwise

In large resealable plastic bag, combine juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic and vinegar. Add hens reseal and shake to combine. Place in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove hens from marinade; place marinade in small saucepan. Place hens, skin side up on broiler pan. Roast hens at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. While hens are cooking, bring marinade to boiling. Boil 10 minutes until slightly syrupy. Brush hens with some honey-orange syrup. Return hens to oven; roast 10 minutes longer or until instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees. If desired, run hens under broiler 2 minutes to crisp skin.
