Corn and Crab Quesadillas

This is just for one quesadillas, just double the recipe for two.

1/3 cup cream cheese, fat-free
1/3 cup corn, canned
1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 roasted red peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
6 ounces crab, imitation
2 small whole wheat tortilla, about 70 calories

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, corn, cilantro, onions, roasted red pepper and spices. Fold in crabmeat. Spread crabmeat mixture evenly over tortilla, and top with the second tortilla, pressing lightly. In 12-inch skillet, cook tortilla over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown. Cut in half and serve.
