Cranberry Rice Pilaf

I made this tonight and it was excellent

1 cup brown rice
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cup chicken stock, no salt added
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sherry
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup slivered almonds

To a pot add the brown rice, cranberries, stock, orange juice and sherry. Bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and let cook for 45 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add the salt and the almonds. Serve with chicken.
