Asian Grilled Chicken

We made grilled chicken today and found this marinade. It turned out fantastic. I would suggest letting the chicken marinade for a couple of hours before grilling it.

3 garlic clove
6 teaspoons honey
3 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
3tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoon soy sauce, reduced sodium
3 teaspoon parsley, dried
3/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless, raw

Of course, make enough marinade based on the number of chicken breasts you have. Combine all ingredients together in a ziploc bag and add the chicken to it. Let stand for a couple of hours. Grill approximately 30-40 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Serve with brown rice.
